I'm not sure if anyone has confirmed this yet but I have good news for anyone who was wondering about Magical Express and will be travelling on Air Canada. I called this morning and Disney will be sending me tags for my luggage ASAP. The CSR took all of my flight information for both my departure and return trip. We can benefit from the entire Magical Express experience. I assume this makes Air Canada a participating airline. I'm not sure about other Canadian airlines. I am entering Orlando from Toronto.

PS - I have also posted this message on the Canadian forum.

Only from the standpoint of arriving in Orlando. You will not be able to check your bags at your resort for your return flight. They will need to be transported with you on the DME and you will have to check them in at the airport unless you are flying Delta, Song, United, Ted or American. (I think I got all of them)

All arrivals, regardless of airline, will be able to use the baggage transfer feature.

Why didn't anyone tell me this sooner? The reason I posted this thread was because I asked several times about this and nobody new.

Anyway...I don't really care about the return trip. We'll have lots of time to take care of that. But if that's the case why did they take all my return flight information?

Hi Ali :)
I just booked this today for my upcoming May trip :flower:
I was told they'd send the tags and all the info I would need about 3 weeks before my trip. She did say that my flight home (I'm flying with NWA) I would have to take my luggage on the bus but they had lots of room so not to worry. She took my return flight info too....I'm assuming they want to know the departure times so they can figure out what time they will be picking us up at the resort to take us back to the airport. I'm really excited about this perk and hope it runs smoothly :goodvibes

Kathe, that makes sense about the return information. This new service is going to save me so much hassle and headache when I get to Orlando. Yah for Disney!
