Magical Express- 2 Questions

First time flying to wdw (in Sept) so newbie to ME.

• I just called and had our flights registered with WDW. The CM was not sure if the ME info would show up on MDE online. Should I expect it to? or not?
  
• We are flying Southwest, so will be allowed more than 1 free checked bag. We will be having at least 1-2 checked bags over and above the 1 per person. The CM told me WDW only mails out 1 yellow checked luggage tag per person but gave me the # that I could call for extra yellow tags. WHEN should I do this? Now so the extra yellow tags can be included in the mailing? or after I receive the mailing with the 1 tag per person?

You should call ME now so that they can send all the tags together. Your reservation on MDE will show ME at the bottom.

OK thanks I noticed that the flight info should show up on the "My Reservations" page of MDE. The other change I made during the same phone call this morning converting basic passes to hoppers IS showing up on My Reservations page but the flight info is not showing. I guess I will give it a few days to see if it appears and then I'll call wdw again if the info doesn't show up.

If you call back, call ME directly at (866) 599-0951. You will likely get better info and they will be sure to send the tags you need.

The specific flight information doesn't show up on the MDE webpage. It is in the packet that comes when your yellow tags come and you should look it over to see if it is correct. All that shows on the MDE website is that your transportation is on Magical Express.

If "Magical Express" is not shown on your room reservation page or your My Disney Experience page then you need to call Magical Express directly to reserve that. This is needed even if your airline flight information is showing.

OK thanks that was very helpful. I am on the exact page you cited above and I can see the other lines of information but I DON'T see the line about Airport Transportation. I'm going to have to call that direct # for ME. Thanks again to all!
