Never heard of it. I'm guessing it's something like Miami Spice here where restaurants offer a limited three-course menu for cheaper?

Orlando visitors can enjoy a month-long culinary thrill ride at top Central Florida restaurants. This month, the Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau will hold the 3rd Annual “Orlando Magical Dining Month” to showcase Central Florida’s ever-expanding dining options.

Through Sept. 30, participating restaurants will offer three-course prix-fixe dinners for $19 or $29 (excluding beverage, tax and gratuity), allowing locals and visitors to enjoy exceptional values at some of Orlando’s most popular restaurants.

The only thing i could find on the web for this year/2009 was:

SEPTEMBER
Orlando Magical Dining Month Sept. 1 - 30
Thrill-seeking travelers from around the globe know Orlando for its world-class attractions and sunny resorts, but local foodies experience a different kind of thrill when they indulge their senses at Orlando’s extensive dining facilities. This September, visitors can taste the good life during Orlando Magical Dining Month, a rare opportunity to indulge in some of the area’s fine dining restaurants. Participating restaurants will offer three-course prix fixe dinner menus for $20 or $30, with $1 from each meal donated to a local charity.
