Did you talk to MA or just MS?

Both - and Sales. MA and MS said the same thing. MA kicked me back to Sales, who were finally the ones that could verify that yes, my contracts were flagged to receive MB and will...at some point.

Just seems bizarre.

With a June closing I would expect by end of July to get the rebate. My first closing took almost 7 weeks to get MB, the 2nd closing took about 2 weeks.
