Magical Beginnings 1099

I bought VGF during the summer sale and sold back points through magical beginnings. Since, like everyone else, I received a compensation check in the mail, I expected to see a 1099 this year. Did anyone get one? Was I supposed to print it myself?

It was a rebate, so no tax forms were expected.

They pretty much said: “it’s up to you to figure out if you have to pay taxes or not”.
