magic your way basic tickets

Can someone tell me if you can purchase Magic Your Way basic tickets (3 days, no park hopper, that expire) at the tickets windows at the theme parks?

Can you buy the same tickets when you check in at one of the WDW resorts?

Yes and yes. You can buy MYW tickets at the theme park ticket windows (and/or Guest Relations) as well as at the Lobby Concierge at any Disney hotel.

Wanted to add that as a Disney resort guest if you purchase the tickets before you arrive or at the time of check-in they can be put on your room key. You can then use your room key as your park tickets. You will also be given the option to use it as a charge card throughout WDW. It then serves three purposes. We do this every trip so we don't have extra cards/tickets to carry around.
