Magic Transportation Out of Business

I just got an email from them telling me they just went out of business. As I am leaving for our cruise on Saturday from the Hyatt this is a problem. Does anyone have a reliable transportation company who can transport 11 adults at a reasonable price????

I just got my email about this also . I am not leaving for 17 more days though. I have used transportation2disney (Murray Hill) before, and they were great!

We were very sad to hear that when we used them in Sept. Anthony needs surgery on his leg and not able to drive.Jeanettes mother suffered a heart attack and has been out of town since.Im told they might be relocating back to the northeast.They provided excellant service.Sending pixie dust their way in hopes that everything turns out OK!!

Excellent service, at a great rate..

unless you are a large group, which this poster is. Then I would be VERY wary of them. Last year they sent us a vehicle that was too small for our return and we had no choice but to take it or miss our flight. We paid extra for a van and they sent a different vehicle all together. At that time they didn't really care and I was very unhappy about how unsafe we felt on our journey to the airport. Not enough seat belts for everyone, not enough room for luggage, but we were stuck. We would not ever use them again after putting us in danger like that.

I just got my e-mail too!! Great, now I have to find something else for a party of 6, which will cost me more. Now I am considering ME, I am just worried about my luggage, etc... We are coming in on a late flight, around 10:30 or 11o, I can't remember, I don't want my luggage coming in the next morning. Is there a way around that?

Or do you guys know a reasonable van price?

Just get your own luggage and bring it to the bus and they will stow it underneath. Very easy!

OMG--That is a shame about Anthony & Jeanette but I never got an e-mail! Granted our trip isn't until next month but I'm glad I saw this post so I can make alternate plans--finding out a week before must be very stressful, especially for us obsessive planners (i.e. Me!)...

They now are officially telling people who arrive at 11 or later to claim their own baggage and take it on the bus so you'll probably want to do that since you're coming in close to that time, that way you don't have to wait on them either.

Has anyone used the ME while arriving late at night. I just don't want it to take a 1 1/2 to get to hotel. I was planning on using the grocery stop too. Just got to make a decision quickly. I have read about the delivery stuff too, but I only want mostly drinks.

Do you think ME will be slow at a busy time like Thanksgiving Holidays? Did anyone use them around July 4th or some other Holiday?

We just used FL Tours for a van to move 7 from BWV to PBH and then take 10 of us from PBH back to the airport. Andy was very easy to work with and the van was very comfortable - I know they also offer a grocery stop option.
When my family came in to join me at BWV they used ME (in the early afternoon, though) and were at the resort just over an hour after they landed.

If anyone has any feedback on *********** or Happy Limo, please PM me (or post here)... I'm also looking for a company that can service a large group (12). We'd prefer to be in 1 van, but would compromise if we found a reasonable price and reliable company to work with.

My personal favorite is www.sunraytransportation.com I just got back on Tuesday and they were just as great as they were for my previous 2 trips. Reliable service (even at odd hours), low rates, clean vehicles, safe & friendly drivers.

For my next two trips, I know two things - they'll be in mid-June & late August and that I'll be using Sunray for my transportation needs. Even though I could use ME, there's no way I'd use anything but Sunray!

I think we have made a new decision to go with Orlando Ride. If my brain remembers correctly we used them last vacation and good service. Looks like we will be using them again.

I've never heard of them before... How long have they been in business? How did you hear about them?? Have others on this board used them??? Any additional feedback on them would be appreciated, as they seem to have a van that would accommodate a large group (12 people) and I've been looking FOREVER for another reputable company to use for our Nov. trip.
