Magic Shop on Main Street

Hello everyone. I am new to the boards. I have been to DW about five times from 1981 until about 1990. Now I have a family of my own and we are going in one week ! My seven year old daughter is freaking out !! Is the Magic Shop still there ? I have great memories from that place. From what I remember it was kinda of low lit with Halloween masks for sale. I know the MK has changed alot since my last visit.

I believe it's gone. Most shops now seem to carry a fairly generic selection of the merchandise.

Some of the happy changes you can look forward to are Philharmagic & Soarin'

Yeah it is gone and I really miss it as well, The old Main street penny arcade is gaone as well, I am sure that Disney can make far more by putting regular retail there but i still miss it.

That whole side of the street from nest to the Fire station after you come under the train station the length of main street is one big connected shop.
The themeing and merchandise is a litttle different from room to room but it is still the same store. Really is a bummer my oldest kids remember the magic shop and my son really misses it as well.

Yes, that was one of our favorites when we were kids, but it is gone. I think I still have my invisible dog leash around here somewhere. I was such a geek!
