I heard the two night sailing wasn't a full ship. If people didn't have hot water/working toilets, wouldn't they have asked to switch rooms? The first thing I'm doing when I get in our stateroom is checking the hot water, the toilet, and the A/C. All three have to be in working order or they will be finding me a new room! All the other cosmetic annoyances that were posted about on the boards aren't going to bother me in the slightest. The service, food, entertainment, public areas, kids clubs are all stellar from what I've heard. So as long as I've got a comfy bed and the three necessities listed above - I'm good!

I'm late to the party but VERY excited about out Disney cruise!!!!! We were originally booked on a different DCL cruise, but changed last minute when I saw some military rates pop up for this one.
I will be accompanied by DH, DS-6,DS-2 and my grandmother

This will be our first ever Disney cruise; and the first EVER cruise for the kids and my grandmother.
I know its late to participate in the FE, but I'd love to be included for a meetup, if there is one!

We are planning to meet at Promenade Lounge at 3 pm on embarkation day to put faces with names. Or DIS names anyway.

Another question:
Which is your favorite rotational restaurant? I'm trying to decide which restaurant we'll do twice...I know we will do 2 twice but one of them will be pirate night so that's the same menu regardless...so which restaurant do I want the menu twice? I can't remember if I preferred one restaurant over any other on the dream last year....and I know animators only does a show the first time you go there...so is it worth using that as our twice just for the atmosphere?

As others have said, they will not repeat a menu. It will be something different.

Lots of kinks to work out. That is one of the big reasons we booked the date we did. This way they have time to put the systems through their paces. We should all give ourselves a pat the back for our wisdom (or luck).

Also, try to put things in perspective. Bad news always travels faster than good. I'm sure DCL will address any issues with their usual efficiency.

Our cruise will be what we make it.

Yes, yes! We are by far the wisest cruisers on the high seas!

You should have it now. It took me a few minutes to type in all the emails. DH said I should have made a group the first time. I told him I'm old and don't know how. Let me know if you did not receive it yet. Check your junk box too since your computer might think I'm a scary lady.
