Magic Mornings...??

I've never done magic mornings before. I was wondering....

If the Magic Morning hour is 9am-10am...
What time do they actually start letting people through the turnstiles?

I could be totally wrong, and I'm sorry if I am, it's been awhile since I've done MM; but I believe that they let people in at the time MM starts, in that case it would be 9am. They might let you in a few minutes early, but it's not like 30 mins or anything.

Ok, I have done MM for ages but when we last did it we got onto Main Street 30 min. before opening. They had a rope up at the end of MS so you couldn't go any farther but we did get in early. They may have changed that tho, it's been almost 3 years since we did a MM.

I wonder if it varies by the time of MM. I know for sure that we were let into the park from the turnstiles, and there was no rope. This happened March of '07 and I think it was an 8AM MM day.

Ours was April 06 and it was an 8 am opening. We got in line at 7 am and we were walking thru the gates at 7:30.

My mom was upset because she thought we were 20 mins late for MM, but it turned out we were 40 mins early. We definitely stayed at the turnstiles until MM started. That was the longest wait EVER. It sure was fun to people watch though!

We were at DLR just 2 weeks ago and were there for Magic Morning. They didn't let anyone in early - we all waited at the turnstiles and they counted down right there. There was one family that was picked to open the Park and they counted down the opening. They were in the next line over - it was fun to watch - but I wished it was us!!!

Yep, It was 9am sharp when I went in Sept. Of course it took me until 9:15 to get back to PPF due to being in a slow moving line with lots of people not having MM tickets.
