The early entry is a great way to get tons of stuff done! Here is how I think you should spend it:
DL: Arrive 50 minutes prior to opening (to be first in line). Make sure that you are right at the front. Then go straight to Peter Pan, followed by Dumbo, then Alice in wonderland, then Mr. Toad's, then Mad Tea Party. If your hour is still not up yet, do pinnochio, snow white, the carousel, and everything else that is open for early entry (I read somewhere that Casey Jr. and the Storybook canal boats are not open for early entry, but it might vary depending on the day). But if you arrive early and there are no ride breakdowns or whatsoever, you should at LEAST get the first five done.
You COULD fit Matterhorn somewhere in there too, but it is more time-consuming than the other dark rides that are super close together and easy to do in quick succession if the lines are non-existent. Also, it has single rider, if you are willing to take advantage of that later on in the day.
And if you have another early entry period at DL (possible by staying at onsite), spend your next one in tomorrowland, since you have already done fantasyland and tomorrowland is the only other land open for early entry. But if you only have one early entry, definitely use it in fantasyland.
DCA: Again, arrive about 50 minutes prior to opening. For DCA, you have two options. You can either spend it in Carsland along with everybody else, or in paradise pier, where it will be practically deserted.
If you elect to go to Carsland, go to Radiator springs racers, then Luigi's, then maters, and if there is time, go on RSR again. Sometimes, RSR will not be open in the morning at all due to extended maintenance, or it might be down for a few minutes at the start of early entry. If this happens, do not waste your time waiting for it to open. Instead, go to Luigi's and get FPs for later (note that the only FPs available during early entry are WOC FPs). Although everyone else will be going to Carsland, the waits are not as bad as other times during the day.
If you spend your early entry elsewhere, go to Soarin' over california first, since it is close to the entrance and stays busy all day. Then head to paradise pier and hop on TSMM, where the wait should be minimal. If the wait is short, go on it twice. Then go to California screamin' (as many times as you want) and then little mermaid if you have time (it does not build up very long lines during the day, but it is usually open during EE so why not?). Next, once general opening rolls along, continue touring paradise pier as lots of those attractions are low capacity and can build up pretty long lines during the day.
And one more thing! Note that DCA extra magic hours is only for onsite hotel guests, so magic morning is only valid for DL.
