Has anyone see Magic,Memories and You and how is it?
Is it possible to watch the 8:45 and then get a good spot for the fireworks after?

I'm trying to fit WOC, F!, and Fireworks in our three nights...any suggestion on order? We'll be there Friday June 8 thru Monday 11th.

Thanks!:)

Watch the early WoC and late F! in one night.

Watch MMY, and right after take the parade route into the Hub for the Fireworks. Because of the timing between the early MMYs and Fireworks this works quite well.

MMY is very nice to see, somthing everyone should try to do. It's quick and all views are pretty good when you are in Small World Plaza. Though I wouldn't stay there for the fireworks because the view isn't great.

MMY is pretty cool! When we were there last, we watched it (out picture ended up being picked to be shown!) and then immediately went back to the hub to watch the fireworks and ended up with a great spot on the Adventureland side of the hub. We were going to go the the late F! after but getting over there was a complete mess and we gave up and just went back to the hotel instead.

MMY is fun! We love seeing so many pictures taken throughout the day. My one complaint was that the pictures were small and were only up for a very small amount of time so if you don't have multiple sets of eyes looking, you have a good chance of missing your picture if it is up there. Definitely worth checking out though!

I agree that MMY is a great show! Not only do they show photos of the day, but IASW lights up and with different tunes being played. Very unique show!:goodvibes

MMY is a very nice nighttime show at IASW. I have seen it a lot and hasn't disappointed me yet. It is neat that you could possibly have your own picture in the show as long as you use your photopass that day. Since there are two shows a day during the full park hours, you will have no problem getting a nice spot to see MMY.

I would not attempt to watch the 8:45pm MMY and head on over to the Hub for the fireworks which should start around 9:30pm. It takes 10 minutes to watch MMY and then you have to walk back to MS Hub to get a spot for the fireworks. Mostly during that time, the Hub is already filled up at the front of the castle so you might have to be on the sides of Frontierland or TL. One of the best options to see both shows on the same night is to see the fireworks first at 9:45pm and then head on over to IASW Plaza and see the 2nd show of MMY at 10:15pm. The 2nd show doesn't draw as much crowds as the first show.

Just like what skiingfast said that you can watch two nighttime shows in one night. You can see the fireworks first and see the 2nd show of MMY after that. Also another one is the fireworks first at 9:30pm and the 2nd show of F! at 10:30pm. Going to the first show of WoC at 9pm and after WoC is over you head on over to DL for the 2nd show of F! at 10:30pm. I have done this technique before and it works to see the first show of WoC and made it to DL for the 2nd show of F! at a great spot as long as you don't stop for the fireworks.

Have you ever seen the Christmas show projected on It's a Small World? If so, MMY is a bit like that.

I thought MMY was OK, and worth seeing if you visit the parks fairly often (certainly if you visit once a year or more). If your time was very limited then I wouldn't push aside something else to see it, but it sounds like you'll have no trouble.

I'm not trying to say it's a bad show; I think it's worth seeing if you have the time. But it's not nearly as impressive as the other three shows you mentioned. (And in fairness, it's not trying to be.) As long as you expect a pleasant/neat little show, I think you'll be satisfied.

Have a great trip!

Thanks so much for the replies. I think we will try to see MMY and fireworks the same night...not sure which order yet. I guess I'll see how the kids are doing and go from there.
I don't thinks my kids (or I) could handle both WOC and F! in one night. I have a 4 yo and 7 yo twins. I plan to be there early in the mornings so don't want to keep them out too late so we'll try to make the early shows.
Planning WOC on Friday night, F! on Sat, and MMY and Fireworks on Sunday.
We'll hopefully see the Fireworks the other nights, but would like to get a good spot on Sunday.
My only concern is that we will not get to the parks til about noon on Friday with a 10am opening. Do you think it'll still be possible to get FP for the early WOC??

On a side note...
I know all of these shows are fabulous and we (the adults) LOVE  them, but what about the kids? Are they as excited about them or would they simply prefer to be free to run around and ride rides as opposed to all the time spent waiting for the shows?
And if you :scared1: HAD to choose :scared1: , which would you pick...from a kids perspective?

Thanks!

Thanks skiingfast...my kids do love the pixars.

Any other takers...kids opionions of night shows?? :)
