Magic kinhdom with a 2.5 year old..

How much do you typically get done in a morning, or a day. We have planned to do a 8:00 chef mickey breakfast then over to MK. We would like to go back for a nap of he won't nap in the stroller. I have planned to split the park into two days. One day just fantasy land and tomorrow land, the other day liberty square, adventure land and frontier land. Is this realistic?

Our first trip with kids was when then were 5 and 2.5, so I'm right there with you. We got lucky, and the grandparents came along, so I knew that my dad and my 2.5 year old would tire out at roughly the same time.

Definitely be flexible and be ready for a break if and when it becomes obvious that one might be needed. The WDW Railroad is a great place to rest, as is Carousel of Progress or Hall of Presidents (indoors and cool). We never actually left the park during the day to go back to the resort, but just took it fairly easy while in the park. Our alternative was to hit the parks for a day or two and then take a day off (resort pool, DTD, etc.). Seemed to work pretty well for us.

What time is his nap?

He usually naps from 1-4pm

Thats what I'd like to do is quiet time in the parks. I'm worried by the time we get back to the hotel he'd be awake again. We awe taking a rest day Thursday then going to MVMCP that night so hopefully that will help also
