Magic Kingdom to car care center

I was thinking of picking up our rental car after spending some time at Magic Kingdom. Does anyone know an easy way to get to Disneys car care center from the Magic Kingdom? Thanks again!!

Call the car care center and see when they pick up at the contemporary. They have a regularly scheduled time at each wdw resort, but you have to make a reservation at least one hour in advance.

You can just walk to the Contemporary from MK>

Is it just for National car rentals? I plan to use Alamo and want to drop off the car at the Car Care Center.

Yes, it is also Alamo. Both companies are together. The shuttle has both logos on them.

I'm not sure if you're aware, but the Dolphin resort also has an Alamo/National desk. If you go there, you don't need to wait for a shuttle to the CCC. You can time it with a trip to EPCOT or MGM, by taking a boat or walking to the Dolphin from either park. I used this in 2004 and it was very convenient.

If you decide to use the rental area at the Dolphin, just be aware that they are open shorter hours than the CCC. I was going to rent there but since I need to pick up the car around 5ish, I couldn't rent there. Had to stick with CCC. If I had picked it up earlier, at the Dolphin, it would have added an addtl. day to my rental.
