You have enough replies so, it isn’t really necessary to jump in. With that said from a value proposition the crippling blow for many options is the grand prixe fix. So, the first question, imo, is does everybody at the table want to have an appetizer desert, and expensive meal. If that answer is yes, then the question simply becomes do you want better food or better Disney theming. Nothing will be terrible theming, and nothing will be terrible food, but the balance is a clear give and take of those two per dollar.
However, if you are like me and want to split an app or desert at most and never get both, may split entrees with some parties and not get everyone a whole entree, then the balance of cost to theming shifts and it is never “worth it” to go to Those with a grand prixe fix. The same balance exist in all the restaurants to a degree, just at a different pricing in this case. The balance, imo& experience, leans heavily toward skipper canteen inside MK but the theming isn’t really “Disney” as most people imagine it, which is probably what has allowed it to remain reasonable costs with decent quality food and theming.
Now, this assumes one has planned a budget, since obviously if the difference in money doesn’t matter it doesn’t matter.
