Magic Kingdom - Steam Trains - MVMCP

Do the steam trains run during MVMCP? If not, what time do they stop running? I love the trains and MVMCP is the only time that we're visiting the MK on this trip.

No, the trains do not run for MVMCP (or MNSSHP). They have wires that they have to run across the tracks for some of the lighting and also they tend to tie big balloons to the tracks. (We are trying to get them to run us on a Halloween and/or Santa Express, but even if they go for it, it won't be this year.

The last train in past has been between 3:30 and 4:30pm depending on when they get there to start setting up. They tell us every year that they will not be closing us early (so don't relie on the times guide for this one as it usually says 6pm) but then they always close us early for set up. There will be signs posted at the stations on the day of the event stating when it will close.
