How can I reply to this thread adding a picture from my iPhone?

You need to first post your pictures to a picture hosting site such as http://imgur.com or Flickr or from what I have read you can just copy and paste the images into your post or drag and drop them or add them as an attachment. I haven't tried any method except uploading to a photo hosting site.
