Is there still a night parade and fireworks show? If so, where is the best place to watch it and what time would you recommend on heading there to claim a spot?

There's no night parade as of right now.

For fireworks, you'll have to check the Disney site on exact time the show will go on on the night you're there. As far as how early to get a spot, it depends where you want to be. If you want a specific sit down spot then you'll need to be there early. If you just want a clear view and are fine standing, you can grab a spot on main street 5-10 min before the show
