Magic Kingdom Itinerary on 3/8???

I am going to be in Fort Myers for Spring Break with a friend and my boyfriends family on 3/8, so we decided to do a last minute trip to Disney for the day. It will take 3 hours to get there, so we don't plan on getting there at open or staying till close. We figure we'll leave around 7-8 AM to get there around 10-11 AM and leave at around 9 PM to get back by midnight. I am the only one out of the bunch who has been to Disney World in the past 15 years so I am attempting to plan something fun for all of us. Our party includes a 17 yr old, a 19 yr old, and two 20 yr olds. I am thinking we can ride Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain, Splash Mountain, Haunted Mansion, Peter Pan's Flight, Monsters Inc Laugh Floor, Pirates of the Caribbean and The Little Mermaid in the time we have allotted. We also have BOG reservations at 5:30 PM, plus would like to include a quick casual 15 min lunch somewhere in our plans. If anyone has suggestions for which rides to FP and what times to schedule them for, that would be very helpful! Right now I have a 1:30-2:30 Splash Mountain, a 2:40-3:40 PP Flight, and a 3:45-4:45 Space Mountain.

I would ditch Monsters and Little Mermaid, personally. You've chosen FP for good rides. The only one one would 7D which may be unavailable.

By the time you arrive, things will starting to get pretty busy. You'll need to decide between quantity of rides versus quality of rides and standing in line for them. A ride wait-time app will be your friend. When you arrive Pirates or Haunted Mansion should still be pretty managable. Personally, with people who have never been, I'd rather do quantity, so I would consider doing classic Disney attractions with no wait times such as the 3pm parade, Country Bears, Tiki Room and Philharmagic. Additionally, after using your final Space Mountain FP+, you should have no problems getting a 4th FP+ for Buzz and then 5th-7th FP+s for Pooh, Haunted Mansion and Smallworld.
