Magic Kingdom, Fireworks Dessert Parties

I see there are two options for this, Tomorrowland Terrace and Plaza Garden Viewing.

I have been trying for a week or two to get spots at either. I am wondering if this is something people pay for in advance so will not cancel? or are they just reserved so it would be good to keep checking back regularly to see if someone has cancelled? We are at WDW for 19 nights.

Oh my goodness. I am going 20th Nov to 8th December. I can't believe that, ROFL. I been a stalker, checking every single date we are there, every day to see if there is a cancellation. Any wonder it keeps coming up "no tables available between 7.15pm etc, select another date or party number etc".

That makes me a little happier. I will now stalk for it's November release times. Thank you

FYI, this is something people pay in advance for but it is cancelable so if it were already sold out it might be possible to still get a reservation. I'm going to do this on my trip solo trip in late September, beginning of October with the Plaza Garden Viewing. I would never do the Tomorrowland Terrace again as I personally find the views from that location among the absolute worst for MK fireworks. I've read good reviews about the Plaza Garden viewing location so I'll give it a try. It is my least favorite of all the WDW fireworks viewing parties.
