Magic Kingdom during April

Hi all,

My little family and I (2 adults and an 11 year old) are visiting Disney World the second week of April. This is also our first time visiting! Short trip this time around, but we are already planning to stay longer another time!

This forum has definitely been answering some of my burning questions, but I do have a few questions still:

1. How is the crowd at Magic Kingdom during Monday through Thursday this time of year?
2. How are wait times during Monday through Thursday?
3. Any tips to make the most of our few days?

We will be there the same week as you are! From what I've gathered, Monday would be the most crowded at MK because lots of people like to start their week at MK. Wait times will vary by day and by time of day. Typically, lower waits during the first couple of hours and last couple of hours of the day. I suggest you go to www.easywdw.com and read Josh's crowd calendar for April. He gives day by day analysis and it is very helpful.

weekdays I feel are less crowded april is spring break time

I would try and go to what ever park at RD for the most you can walk on most rides ( there might be 2 or 3 that will have a longer wait 7DMT PP come to mind) after wishes it crowds normally die down some too

the crowds homily pick up between 10:30 and 11 I would good FP starting at this time and remember you can add 1 more when you use your last one.

see wishes either from main street ( my faverat) or form some were else but take some time to stop and watch it ( I also like behind the castle ( you almost get a 360 view of them so pretty cool
