Magic Kingdom Chicken Caesar

So I LOVE chicken Caesar salads, but I'm kind of picky. I see that many of the Counter Service in MK serve them, how are they?? Specifically...how's the dressing and the chicken that they serve on it. I like 'real' white meat chicken..not that spongy stuff!

eat a salad once or twice per trip at Pinocchio Village Haus. We go in the summer and heat makes a welcome lighter meal welcome at lunch.

The salads do not come dressed. There is a station that has various packaged dressings but they are a decent brand (can't remember the name right now) and has decent flavor. It's not as good as some that you can get at restaurants but I continue to use it.

The chicken has been kind of bland and limp. It's not something I will eat all of every time.

Worse is the mozzarella cheese in the Mediterranean Salad. I eat that sometimes for the mix of greens but avoid the mozzarella completely.

I always get a chicken ceasar salad at Cosmic rays.....it is full of chicken and not bad at all.....I end up leaving some of it because it is filling.

Thanks all...I figure with all the TS meals I have in the evenings, I should keep it light at lunch!

I had the chicken caesar from Electric Umbrella in Epcot...it was DISGUSTING! The chicken was so processed and inedible...too bad, but it's my fault for eating at Electric Umbrella when there's such better CS options in World Showcase!

If you want a really good Chicken Caesar Salad I would highly recommend taking the Resort Monorail or walking over to the Contemporary and getting one at the Contempo Cafe. Over there it's made fresh each time you order it and you can choose to have the dressing tossed in or on the side.

I had the chicken caesar from Electric Umbrella in Epcot...it was DISGUSTING!

1) The chicken is uneven - sometimes good, sometimes disgusting.
2) The dressing is "Ken's Dressing", for all QS operations.

NOTE: The dressing is actually pretty good, we buy it for our home.
