So I will be doing the MK session, very excited, We will most likely do it 10/5 the day after the wedding.. How is the schedule? What time do you need to be ready and at the park???? and how long does it take???

We are planning to have an MK shoot as well!

From what I've read on other people's TR's, I think they offer two times in the morning-I think there's one around 6am & one around 7am.

I've read that you have to get up super early for this! I think we are figuring getting up at the ungodly hour of 3am to get started on hair/make up!

We are planning to do ours on the day of the wedding, which probably isnt the best idea, but I'd like to get all the wedding dress stuff done in one day
So, we are gonna try for a 10:30am ceremony so my hair/makeup will hopefully stay in tact. Our wedding night dinner will likely consist of room service in pajamas!

It's either 5am or 6am. They pick you up a little before then at your resort and drive you to the park. It lasts about an hour.

We were done in time to change and make rope-drop at the MK!

Just one tip. If you have a strong preferrence on whether you like night shots or day shots pay attention to the sunrise schedule.
Ours was at 6am on 4/30 and the sun rose pretty much within 15 mins we were there. We had to rush to get the night shots done. Most of our shots ended up being day shots.

Christina, we had our's at 5 am, so we had to be ready at the resort at 4:40 in the lobby for pick up. It took about 2 hours total, but they say it will only be 1 hour of photos.

It was really neat to see the park when no one else was in it. It was just so cool! You won't regret it!!

We wanted our MK portrait session to be at 6 am. I'm not a morning person, and 6 seems obscenely early to me still.

But, I suppose I scheduled it too late... because someone else already had the 6 am slot.

The moral of the story is:
1 hour extra sleep = no "night-time" pictures

My DF says that 1 hour lost of sleep = six months of whining from me. J/K he never said it, but I know what he thinks

Yeah this is one of the items on my BEO that I said I had to have. I felt as if it wouldn't be a disney wedding if I didn't get pics with the castle.

I too feel the same way! I could not imagine having a Disney Wedding with out Castle Pictures!

Yes it will be an experience....my makeup artist was knocking on our door at 3:45 am

We had the later time slot and we got "night" pics...

We did get married in February though if that makes a difference
