Magic Kingdom Breakfast question

We have never eaten a sit-down breakfast at the Magic Kingdom. Just for kicks, I put in the date of 2/29, and could get a seat at Cinderella's. I always heard it was impossible to get this type of seating. I won't be there that day, so I didn't book it.

My questions are:

What is the earliest seating available for the Crystal Palace?
If you get seating before the MK opens, do you just take your reservation number as proof, so you can get into the park?
Will the buses be running early enough to get to your early breakfast seating?

Thanks in advance for the help!!

We had an 8:10 ADR for Crystal Palace on our most recent trip. It was TOTALLY worth it. I told my party that we needed to go to the resort bus stop by 7:00, and we were walking up and the MK bus pulled in. We were on the bus at 7:00 and got to the park by about 7:15. There is a special line at the left of the turnstyles and we had to wait there until about 7:45, I think. I can't remember if we had to provide our ADR number or name, but we probably did. We were the second or third group through the gates and there was a roped-off line around the left by the gift shop. We were held right there by the train station until right at 8:00. We were at the front of the rope and were among the first to enter the park. It was such a neat feeling to see the flagpole area empty and Main Street empty and get a perfect photo of the Castle.

There were lots of other Crystal Palace guests there and it took probably 5-10 minutes to check in and another 10-15 before we were called. We were inside about 8:30 and were still eating when the park officially opened at 9:00. It was a great breakfast, though, and we'd definitely do it again.

Hope that answers all your questions!

That definitely answered my questions. Thanks for your help. My DH is interested in doing a big breakfast some morning for a change of pace (we usually do a quick service breakfast or eat in the room).

Thanks!!

can go into Disney dining and reservations for your times and yes the buses will be running to get you to where ever your going to breakfast. If you are done eating before park opens AK has you wait as does HS until official opening times...:thumbsup2 they all have lines set up for ones just going in for breakfast...:woohoo: assume MK does also...getting into Cinderellas Castle for breakfast took me lots of tries so think you just lucked out as I start 180 days out and went thru three trips before ever got in to one. So if your wanting to go best take it if within your booking window. It is 2 TS andis worth it to go once and would like to try it for dinner but having same problem and not trying as hard will admit:cool1:

When you go to the early entrance line you provide your name and reservation time. We entered all the way to the right, not the left, but maybe that has changed. They will have a list of all the ADRs at both the Crystal Palace and the castle. We did not have to wait behind any roped line or area. We were able to enter and we got to go down main street with it being pretty much empty. We got some great shots of the castle without any tourists in the way! You couldn't go beyond the castle or down any of the side areas. That was roped off. As for busses, they start running early enough to get guests to the breakfast reservations!

Dont forget to take your picture in front of the castle with no one on main street!!!

Thank you all very much for your help. One of the reasons I am choosing the Crystal Palace is to get the unobstructed Castle picture.

Thanks again!

I had to rearrange my ADRs several times. We loved doing pre RD at CP and wanted to do CRT at that same time. Only time we could get was 10:00 AM We loved it even at 10 AM. I am sure that would be perfect. Food was really good and great service. Try eveything!
