Magic Kingdom after hours- Villains

We will be at Disneyworld with our 5 kids in June this summer and my MIL and SIL are joining. Our 10th wedding anniversary is earlier in the month but I will be away on military duty and reuniting with my family to head to Disney. I just saw that the Villains After Hours event falls on our resort day. I am thinking of getting tickets for my husband and I as an anniversary date. We never get to sit by each other on any rides and since it is our resort day, my MIL and SIL should have an easy evening with the kids.

Do you recommend the after hours events? We can enter the park at 7pm and only need the event ticket, not a park ticket correct? Any tips, things I may have missed? Are the headliners the 20 open attractions? It doesn't list them. Thank you

Hi there. FYI, here’s a link to the main MK Disney After Hours thread. Page 1 has a lot of info about the event. This new summer Villains format is new so there are still some unknowns to it, but it looks to be generally similar to “regular” MK Disney After Hours in overall setup.
