So we will be heading to Disney World in less than two weeks and I am still unsure about my choice for Magic Kingdom. First I chose Crystal Palace, than I changed it to Jungle Navigation Co. Ltd. Please let me know what you think. Two adults in our 20's and 30's. No children. Thank you.

I am not very familiar with Jungle Navigation Co. but it gets mixed reviews ... sounds like it might be a reasonable choice. The Crystal Palace is great for the characters and general ambiance but the food is pretty pedestrian and there will be lots of children which can add a bit of chaos to the mix ... I love Pooh with my meals on occasion but generally steer clear of CP during adults only trips. Have you considered The Plaza? It is far more reasonable in price and the food is generally pretty good. The Disney Food Blog frequently recommends it!

It's me and my Fiance's favorite! I go every time I am in MK. The theme is really fun and the different rooms you can sit in are amazing. The food is good too if you like Asian inspired dishes. I've been there 3 times and each time I love it even more. Crystal Palace is great too but I would go with Skipper Canteen, a better vibe for adults and couples.

If you stay within the MK, then Jungle Navigation (Skippers), or Liberty Tree Tavern. Have you considered a restaurant on the monorail loop? Ohana, Kona, GF Cafe, Wave, etc?

just tried Skipper Canteen for the first time last month and had a great experience (we were also 2 adults age 24 & 32, no kids). lots of fun details to take in and great food variety. everything we ordered was really tasty.

Been to both.
I'd probably go with Skipperr's Canteen although last time I went I opted not to only because the menu choices had changed from my previous time eating there and they just didn't interest me as much.
In recent years I've been mostly traveling with just my sister. We are in our 30's.

Skipper Canteen has got amazing food and very good service. I went there every time I was in the Magic Kingdom for lunch on my trip, it's terrific.

Never eaten at Skipper Canteen because the menu doesn't appeal to me, but we just ate at Crystal Palace and it was okay. We didn't have kids with us, but the character interactions were fantastic! The food....not so much. Very basic and not very flavorful. I would vote Skipper Canteen if you think the menu sounds good.

We really liked our lunch at Diamond Horseshoe.

I'll echo. With no kids (unless you are just huge Pooh fans), go with Jungle Navigation Co. Ltd. Skipper Canteen.

I'm quite excited about Jungle Navigation, aka Skipper Canteen. And of course, if you're looking to spend a ton for something super-fancy, the California Grill in the Contemporary is right outside the park. We're also planning to visit Columbia Harbor House in the "surprisingly good considering it's counter service" category.

I have done Crystal palace a couple of times, the character interactions are cute and the food is good. But if you are not into characters or those Pooh characters then i would choose Skipper Canteen. I have not eaten there but it does seem to get pretty good reviews.

Another great option, if there is availability is Liberty tree (If you are into the traditional thanksgiving feast). Or if you want a break and can take the monorail for a ride Kona Cafe. Don't discount the monorail restaurants. Sometimes taking a break for an early dinner around 4ish is perfect and gets you back into the park for the evening by 6pm.

Another vote for Skipper Canteen. Even though it doesn't take much effort to get to a monorail restaurant, you have to budget at least 25 minutes to walk to the front of the park, get on a monorail, get to the resort and then walk to the restaurant.
Plan on lunch or dinner at Skipper Canteen right after you do the Jungle Cruise. This is WDW and we all love great theming so the transition from JC to SC is fantastic, with some great menu options to boot.

Without kids. Crystal Palace is a stay away place. Lol. Too many kids. Our own kids never wanted to go there. Lol
However. Skippers is very good.
So go with that.

I have been to Crystal Palace for dinner years ago and it was just ok. We just did Liberty Tree Tavern for the first time in November and we LOVED it. Its on our list again for this Sept.

Neither. We like Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch or go to one of the nearby resorts for better options.
