Magic Key Performer bucks?

Anyone ever hear of or use these? I was under impression from travel company I purchased thru that these were good for ANYWHERE in WDW including room but upon trying to use at foodcourt I could not - I was told these were good anywhere there but come to find out these are for a 'package'. Anyone now know what I can do with these? I have 3 $100 bucks. THANKS!
Darn! I may have to book again for WDW! to use them? LOL!

May I ask...What these are and what are they good for? food? Lodging? I don't mean to sound dumb, but I've never heard of "Magic Key Performer bucks" before????
Where do you obtain these also? Thanks, sorry about so many questions!
