Magic Key charter gift for minor?

We received our Magic Key charter gifts in the mail a couple weeks ago, but did not receive one for my son (who is a minor and does not have his own Disney account). I'm assuming they don't have a mailing address on file for him because he doesn't have an account. Has anyone in a similar situation succeeded in getting the gift package some other way? Thank you!

Yes, your son should receive one. It should arrive addressed as "To the Parents" + your son's name. We have 3 keys and have received 2 of charter gifts so far. One of those was for our DD who is also a minor

Same, my granddaughter's was also addressed "to the parents of..." Five of us bought keys, only 2 arrived together.

Interesting, OK, maybe his just hasn't arrived yet and it's just a coincidence that his was the one that didn't show up. Thanks for the input!

I also received one for my 6 year old. We received 3 total but they didn't all come on the same day.
