They also have a Galley tour on one of the sea days which is pretty neat. It takes you behind the scenes of all the kitchens on board. It was a highlight of our cruise last time and I plan to catch it again if it's offered. They also have napkin and towel folding shows too. :goodvibes

:thumbsup2 This one I'd love to do! Wonder if you have to 'sign up' early on embarkation day for all of these or do you just check your daily Navigators and 'show up'? Puuuuuhhhhleassse tell me it's the later!:rotfl: I've got all this stuff swirling in this brain on things to do and check when we embark....and I'm sure I'll forget something!:goodvibes

I have a breakdown!

46 ADULTS 28 women 18 men
4 TEENS 2 girls 2 boys
15, 5-12 YEAR OLDS 9 girls 6 boys
3, 2-4 YEAR OLDS 1 girl 2 boys
1 INFANT 1 girl

41 females 28 males

No "breakdowns" allowed. I know life can be crazy, but we are only 9 weeks away. Let's hold it together a little longer, then we can let loose on Oct. 8!

Maria, I just sent you a pm with a link to a 14 second video clip of you and your husband from the Sep. 09 western. I found it in my videos from that cruise.

It's okay with me if you want to post it Larry! Too funny. Of course you caught me taking pictures! You also got my dad in there. He was sitting right across from me, in the yellow shirt with glasses!

See what I have to put up with every day??? :confused3 Men know nothing about breakdowns cuz women do everything anyway. :cool1: Hopefully DH doesn't see this. Maybe it will sneak by, but I doubt it. :ssst: He is awesome.

:confused3 Missed those dance moves for sure! :thumbsup2 That's ok though, we'll just all have to make our own this time!

I shot about 90 seconds of video of the parade of flags on the last night of our cruise in Sept. of 09. Funny that the last 14 seconds of the video captured Maria and family.

It really is a small world.

Is it me or did the thread seem to slow down a little? :confused3

Why yes, yes it did! So I'm reposting the last two images that no one guessed! Hopefully this will pick things up again.

You do have to sign up for the Galley tour at guest services. Everything else we have been discussing (ship tour and Art of Entertainment events) you just show up.

Ok...besides the following, what am I missing that newbies might need to go to guest services for on the day of embarkation?

Upgrade at the port?
Tea with Wendy? or is it Alice?
Galley Tour
Last Minute Palo
Last Minute Spa/Nursery
Excursions
Drop off photo mats/pillowcases
Add Disney Visa Rewards,
Any other tours?

What am I missing? Is there alot more? These are things I think I've read about, but I've read sooo much  that it almost gets confusing!
And If I'm wrong about the place ie: guest services, etc., feel free to correct that too!

I know it'll help me...and might help someone else too!:thumbsup2

And...can I just say:

2 MONTHS from TODAY!!!!!! This disneychik will be getting everyone up early, early to board that plane for Orlando!!! It just makes me tingly!!!:banana::banana:

Upgrade at the port?
- This is done at the terminal before boarding. Ask at the desk if they are available. If yes, then they will point you down to a desk at the end of the row. This sailing is not fully booked so most likely upgrades will be available.
Tea with Wendy? or is it Alice?
- "Tea with Alice" you go to guest services to get tickets
Galley Tour
- You go to guest services to get tickets
Last Minute Palo
- Most likely you go to Rockin Bar D (check the Navigator you will be handed in the terminal) for last minute Palo and dining changes. If you are late then just call Palo directly.
Last Minute Spa/Nursery
- Call Flounders to make ressies
Excursions
- Go to Port Adventures if you have not made ressies online. Port Adventures in in the Atrium on Deck 3.
Drop off photo mats/pillowcases
- You can drop off at Guest Services. Limit is 2 per stateroom. I would include your own Sharpies. One tip is to exclude any light colors (ie yellow) as it does not show well from a distance. You will get them back on Friday night. Also we also add some candy as a thank you.

Thanks Dan!

See? Told you I got confused!! But :rotfl:, the only thing I think I want are the photo mats and maybe the Galley Tour. And for some reason I thought I had read only 1 thing from each cabin..so that's a good one to know too!:thumbsup2 And I assume for ALL 'guest services' that's on deck 3?.
And on the photo drop off...I knew to send sharpies and candy..Does that mean sharpies in each photo mat bag that I drop off? Ie: Dropping off 3 since we have 3 cabins, so I need a set of sharpies per each photo mat 'bag'?

The tea 'might' be too young for my 12dd? Haven't heard much opinion on that one. Any input there?

Anything else you can think of off the bat? I know if I've read so much, there are other newbies on here that might need helps too! And yes, I've read the Passporter, but it's been a while. Just hard to 'soak' it all in!:goodvibes
