I'm on Deck 7.
At least I don't have to go far to get to the party!

DCL does not consider guests as platinum until 10 cruises have been completed so you may not get all the benefits until your 11th cruise. A good excuse to book another cruise. We were not considered as gold until our 6th cruise. Too bad they to do count days with your PC cruises you would qualify as platinum easily.
Hello, anyone with teen girls sailing? I'll have my 15 year old daughter on board. I worry there won't be many high school girls on a Disney cruise, especially during the school year.
Can't believe how busy this thread has been I am reading back on posts I have missed.
Our eldest daughter Meghan is 14 but will be nearly 15 on the cruise. On our last cruise there were lots o friends that our DDs met they cant wait to hang out in the clubs again. In Scotland our schools have 2 weeks break so oct Is getting to be a popular time for holidays.

ewwww.....I know how that can go! My dh is the son of a plumber, when we built our house (we were the contractors), my dh put in the toilets/sinks/baths, etc. But when you're replacing them? I'm just always afraid he didn't cut off the water in the right place!!!
Good luck with that tonight...NOT my fav thing to do on Sat night for sure!
Who wants to join the fun? its 9:30 and Dh and I are about to install a toilet. It was just supposed to be replacing the bolts in the old tank
So much for that![]()
Ok...I did it! Spent all of tonight reading all of these 40 pages!Feel like I already know about some of you...
Loved seeing all the pics of former Eastern cruises..think my dd and I went to that beach in St Martin right off from the cruise ship, and the ladies kept driving us crazy wanting to braid our hair.
Loved hearing where some of you are staying beforehand. I actually got a great deal last week for Hilton Disney World for $71 a night! As most of you know, its the only Downtown Hotel that lets you use early am/pm hours at the parks..lol, we're going to DTD anyway, but I love to be close to the action!
A couple of things I noted since this is our first and correct me if I didn't get it right. We CAN board early, but don't have access to our rooms until 1? So we can go to Topsiders -deck ? But Topsiders has the outside seating so you can see right? And won't we want to be on the deck where the Sail Away Party is to feel apart of it? I've got more to ask, but I've got to write some of this down...ya know...it's the mind that's the first thing to go!![]()
I always skip the sail away party. I like to have quiet time on deck 4 watching the ship pull out. I do the same for the fireworks. I just watch them from deck 4 then up to get some food from the buffet.
Just wanted to say 'Hi' to all of you on the Magic Oct 8-15th! Our family will be there, dh, myself, ds 24, dd 23, dd 12, and mil/fil. We are pumped! Have never been on a Disney Cruise, so what can I say? I can't seem to get anything done but get on Disboards to find out all our info.!!!
Hope to get to see fellow dis'ers, as I've never seen any lime at the parks and we go almost every year! So count sullins5 (although there's 7 of us), and we'll see ya there!
Celebrating!!!![]()
