Magic in a Winter Wonder World with 1,648 pictures

We got back from the boat parade a little while ago. It had been raining all day. My mother came too so we went to go pick her up on the way. When we got there we looked at some boats before it started and then went to go have dinner at a pizza parlar. Dinner was disgusting. After dinner we took a trolley over to the intercoastal. When we got off the trolley it started pouring. And I mean business. Our ponchos were blowing off our bodies and it was not fun. There was no place to go indoors and finally I found a place they said we couldn't stay inside since it was a private apartment building. The guy did call a taxi for us. So then we went to go sit outside under the covering. We're waiting and waiting for the cab about 20 minutes then finally the guy comes out to tell us that the didn't pick up. So then went to stalk one down our selves. We took the taxi back up to where we started and by then it had stopped raining. We watched the boats pull out one by one 1-100. It was so much fun! On the way out we stopped for a crepe. OMG! That was heaven!!

I get sick on rides that spin, go upside down, and once I got really sick on a ride like Space Mountain. So, since then I had been avoiding big rides at Disney. Today I was feeling adventurous so I rode. The wait time said 50 minutes but really it was 35 minutes. It also went fast talking to them
I survived.
Sorry, but that gorgeous picture of me is not going on the internet for the world to see. No way, no how!

The princess Tiana show was going on in the backround.
We then went over to Big thunder mountain to get FPs.

Emily and I didn't want to ride so we saved our FPs for something else.
What is that something else? Any guesses?
We then split up everyone wanted to ride the barnstormer so they took the train over to toontown.
What did I do, you ask?
Go around and take pictures!

I caught the rest of the castle show.

I then met up with the rest of the gang. We talked for a little while. And then the kids said that they wanted to go on TLS. Mike volunteered to take the kids by himself so he took Ryan, Taryan, and Amy.
So, now I was with Eilene, Emily and Mitch.
What did we decide to ride?

Now it just a tour through tomorrowland and as you pass each attraction they tell you about it. It is still nice and I missed it May.
After TLS Eilene and I went to get a bite to eat at Cosmic Rey's.

As far as our traditions are concerned, we don't have quite as many as you. The closest thing we have in common is the riding around town looking at lights, but we don't do it on Christmas Eve.

Today was just an under the weather day for me. Amy went to a birthday party and Emily had a friend come over to work on a project.
My big event for the day was going to CVS.
I'm feeling better now.
We have a busy week ahead. Tomorrow my mom and grandmother are coming over for Hanukkah and we're baking cookies. Tuesday is just running the kids around to various activites. Wednesday is the town parade and Emily is going to be in it. Thursday is volleyball and cycling. Friday go to my mom's house for the last night of hanukkah.
Tonight's Hanukkah activity was playing Dreidel and there was Disney gelt involved. I found packs of 18 for $2.95 at mouse gear I couldn't turn them down. Tonight Amy got some High school musical sing it and Emily got mario power tennis.

That's so funny that we kept running into each other probably with out knowing it. Where were you on Tuesday and Wednesday? Tuesday, we were at DHS and Wednesday we were at all 4 parks.

The girls got notes at school today saying that head lice had been exposed there. As soon as I get that it is off to get haircuts. The lady did a nice job but cut their hair way way to short. I said 1 and half inches each it was more like 4. They were both pretty upset. Apparently, hair will never grow back to them. Then when we get home I realized how crooked Amy's hair was we got back in the car and I took her back to get it fixed. My mother didn't come tonight after all because she was feeling under the weather. Tonight's Hanukkah activity was christmas lights at Tradewind's park. I have pictures to share from that soon.
Oh, in the news of Disney I was at Epcot 3 weeks ago from this second. It is time to plan the return trip. That will be happening December 3rd 2010. We'll probably go for 5 nights. My biggest probably is and I have been looking at rates for the longest time is where do we stay? Pop is a nice option, great price. There is also renting points I could rent points at AKL or SSR or BW (just naming some) for not that much more. The thing is, do I want to upgrade resort or dining plan and maybe parkhoppers? Or instead of MYW tickets us floridians have good annual pass rates. We could get season passes again. Last time DH got ours for 200$ and it came with a free water park ticket to use. Also I could get the weekday AP. Thank goodness I have 6 months to decide. Today, I just started to get my feet wet with options.

After TTA we meet up with everyone and went here

The first and last time I saw monster's inc. was in November 2008. I thought it was terrible. Our May trip, I gladly skipped it. This time I was outnumbered and dragged in there. Boy, Am I glad I gave this a second chance. It was awesome! I was laughing out loud at every joke. Also the family next to us, gave us 5 FPs for Buzz!! How nice?
When we got off we went to go use the Buzz FPs me and all 4 kids went. The other 3 adults went on Stich. Oh, how much that attraction scares me.

Next, it must of been snack time.
We went to the launching pad because not everyone had had lunch. The boys got turkey legs and the girls got hot dogs. Except Emily! She had not eaten since 10:30 when she had an icecream bar and she didn't even finish that. That girl is a eater and there is no such thing as leftovers. So, I knew something was up.
But, more on that later.

I told everyone about the talking trash can and we all had to go over to investigate.

Push is the coolest thing since sliced bread. He sang Happy Birthday to Emily, even said her name and made her hug him. He 'cheesed' for you all and did a little dance for Mike's video camera. It was hilarious! He was so interactive with everybody.

AND then Mike had to open his big spoilen' the magic for you mouth and said "There is the guy talking for Push!"

There is the magic ruined for you too.
I have to admit the guy was pretty close to Push.
Oh, how I wish trash cans here talked.
We then continued on our journey to BTM

We had FPs from earlier to use
The CM let me and Emily go on too.

With the FPs the line was still 25 minutes.
I was going to ride but at the last minute changed my mind. the sign said you should be free from neck problems and I had hurt my neck the other day. Nothing serious, I just thought it would be wise to stay clear.

Tonight's Chanukkah activity was putting together a christmas village that I got on clearance at Michael's last year. The kids got wii sports resort, mommy got Disney jammies, and mitch got a grumpty shirt; perfect for him.
Tomorrow night is the town parade. Emily will be in it.
In trip news, I NEED a pin code. I heard a good way to get them is to save a trip with out booking. I want to stay at one of the lodges and a 40% code will seal the package just nicely.

I might pick up a thing or two and then have someone else wrap it. The girls got me the pajamas and they got something for DH. Me and Mitch haven't decided what we're doing for our gift yet. I think it will either be a nice dinner out alone or a trip alone to one of the fl. beaches for a few nights. The girls are going to be at my mom's house for a few says during the break anyway.
Mine are daisy.
How did Brooklynn like the movie? I heard it was scary for some little ones. It's on my list of movies to see during winter break, I have a long list.

I could of lived my whole life, pretty happily in mater of fact with out knowing that guy was talking for PUSH.
That would be funny if it was the same guy. Once I was told it was pretty obvious.

Hello everyone,
We just got home from the parade a few minutes ago. I have been busy with it since 3:00 today. I picked up instruments and dropped them off at the city center, making a couple of trips.
Then go to the store to buy dinner. I had taken out frozen lasagna from the freezer and defrosted it, I took one bite and . Feeding kids dinner dropping Amy there, Emily at a friend's house because I was no where near ready to take her at the time she needed to be there. Once the parade started I walked along with the band videotaping them. The band teacher wanted me to because he is submitting the video to Disney. So, that the band could play there next year. I will be chaperoning that.
