Are they now accepting people on the magic express busses ONLY if they have a letter? If we are staying at a disneyworld hotel, but DRIVE into MCO (leaving our rent a car there) rather than fly, will they take us and our luggage?

Yes you can do that, but you should call and reserve the magical express ahead of time.

Yes, you can do a one way. You need to be reserve in advance though.

You have to have a reservation. You do not have to fly into MCO in order to reserve DME
