magic express?

I called Disney to tell them all of our flight info. I don't see anything in my Disney experience about this at all.
Does anyone know if it shows up in there or do we just wait for the package. I was told that a email would come and nothing has come yet and it has been since yesterday....

Sometimes it shows up, sometimes it doesn't. Two trips ago, it showed in MDE. Last trip, it didn't. All was well both times. I have NEVER gotten an email to confirm my ME.

It took about 3-5 days to get a confirmation email. I booked mine online.

i've used magical express a number of times but this april is only the second time that i have used it since the introduction of MDE.
it did not show up last time and does not show up now for my upcoming trip.
everything was fine last time and i expect it to be fine again.

the email can take 2-3 days to show up confirming everything so i wouldn't worry about it for another couple days.
if you still have not received an email in a couple more days then i'd call back just to ensure that its been added and would request them to resend the confirmation email.

my confirmation email has my magical express info in it.

This is pretty much my experience as well. There's no rhyme or reason to it.

That happened to me last week. I called Magic Express and they took care o fit. Got the luggage tags yesterday in the mail. Better to be safe and make the call.

I agree. If your trip is coming up soon it's worth calling to double check and make sure everything is sorted out. For our last trip, I got my email confirmation, but the luggage tags seemed to be taking a long time to arrive in the mail. I decided to call about a week and a half before our trip to make sure they had been sent and they had been printed, but not sent out for over a week and they weren't sure if the tags would make it in time so they sent them express and we got them 2 days before we left.

And it never showed up on MDE.

Mine didn't show up for me either in MDE but they scanned my Magic band and I was good to go.

I booked my trip in September for the Spring and I never received an email. I called Disney just to make sure I still had the reservation booked for DME, and they said everything was fine. They confirmed my flight and said I should be reicieveing the luggage tags and info a few weeks before..
If you did it on the phone with Disney, everything should be fine!

It never showed up in MDE for me, either... but I received my luggage tags just a few weeks after I made the reservation. It appears there is not a lot of rhyme or reason as to what shows up and when you get things.
