magic express w/1night dvc stay?

My brother & nephew will be staying only one night. I am giving them some of my dvc points for the 1 night stay. I am wondering if ME would be an option for them. Again, it is only 1 night. They would be interested in transportation from the airport to a dvc resort (probably OKW or BW) then returning the next afternoon/evening. Has anyone had any experience with a situation like this? Thanks.

I've used it for a one night stay several times.

Yes, as long as they have a confirmed reservation at a Disney resort, they can use ME. Doesn't matter if they are staying only 1 night or 2 weeks.

excellent! thank you so much. Also, how much time do you need to give them to get the tags? I did do a search for it, but wasn't able to find the time frame. My brother and nephew are looking at mid Feb.

Go to the member website and request ME now and you should get the tags and info in plenty of time.

Even if the tags do not arrive, ME will still pick up their bags for them.

When they arrive at the airport they just go to the ME Check In desk where they will be issued the voucher to board the bus. At that time they can give the CM their baggage ID information from the sticker they received when checking in the luggage with the airline at point of departure. They will use this information to send someone to the baggage claim to get the luggage and deliver it to their room on property. Very handy.
