Magic Express Time question

Trying to plan lunch reserverations for my last day at Disney. Flights are with Southwest at 6:26 pm on a Monday. Any idea what time we would have to leave for the airport with the Magical Express - staying at POFQ. Planning on taking boat from POFQ to downtown disney for lunch.

Probably around 3:30ish...they give you a pickup time of about 3 hrs. before flight departure. You need to be at the bus stop, ready to go, about 15 mins before the pickup time. If you have bags to get, plan on another 15 or so mins...it can take awhile for them to find your bags and hand them over to you. So, with that in mind, you would need to be back at the resort by 2:30-2:45ish.
