I know I read about this a month or so ago, but it didn't really pertain to me at the time so I didn't retain it. We leave in 18 days and I haven't gotten our yellow tags yet. I thought is was about 3 weeks out that they came in the mail. Does anyone know for sure?
 
check your itinerery on the wdw website-we got ours on exactly 21 days before-they had the incorrect arrival date-I called the mgexprss # & they said all was ok that the bar code will have the correct info. I checked the website the other day and all the info is correct. :cool1: :banana:
 
We have 18 days left, but on the website, it dosen't say any thing about our ME tickets, just the basic itenerary. Will it say when they send them out? I'm a first timer, can you tell. It's a surprise for our DS10 and DD7 and I'm getting so excited, and nervous at the same time.
 

Ok I called the res line, and they said that they changed sending out the ME packets from 3 weeks out to 1 week to 10 days before you leave due to flight changes and such. So I guess I will wait a little longer. Thank you for your help.
 
we are staying at the poly and will be there for 5days & 5 nites-how about you? :banana: :banana: :hourglass
 
we will be at WL 11-22 to 11-28 we will miss each other, you'll have to tell me all about it.
 
We leave in 20 days and I got my Magical Express packet in the mail yesterday, exactly 21 days out for us. I am so excited to get it. I think I have everything from Disney now. Just waiting paitently....NOT!! :rotfl2:
 
Make sure that they have your correct address. Last May, they sent our ME package to a house we lived in three years ago. When I called 2 weeks before our trip, they said that they could do nothing about it.
 
Yeah...I moved a little over a month ago and I'm guessing that I'm not going to get my ME stuff in time. My travel agent has my new address and has sent my vouchers to me at the new address. I'm not holding my breath until I get the ME stuff... you know how long it takes for things to be forwarded. I'll just saunter up to the airport ME desk and smile broadly while asking if I can hitch a ride. :teeth:
 
OK are you calling MS DWT or ME directly ME will give you the info they have .
They are ran by MEARS not Disney and thats why you can only get general info from MS and DWT as they would have to call ME for the same (updated ) info.

I called ME direct finally, they mailed in on Oct.24th, we never got it so they are mailing it again they say we should get it Mon. or Tue., if not, call again and they will see what they can do.

Whenever you call Magical Express, or call Disney regarding Magical Express, get and write down the name of the person you talked to.

If worse comes to worst and you don't have yellow tags by the time you leave for Disney, be prepared to bring your room ressie confirmation and the written down names when you report to the ME welcoming area at Orlando Airport.

Also remember to put all of these phone #'s in your CELL's put your conf.# as another # or email add.(or note if cell has notes) so if you lose your paperwork on trip you will have it handy.
