Magic Express- Southwest/AirTran Question

We need to call in our flight information to reserve Magic Express and I'm not sure what flight number to give!

We booked through Southwest but our return flight is actually being operated by AirTran. I have two flight numbers for this flight- one is Southwest and one is AirTran (same flight). Which do I give to Disney? Has anyone else encountered this? I am hesitant to give the AirTran number because I don't want them to think I owe baggage fees when I use airline check in at departure. The typical AirTran baggage fees are waived when you book with SW. Help!

You will give them both numbers because you are being picked up and returned to the airport. Last year we flew in on Southwest and out on Airtran and did not pay any luggage fees. However, the other couple that went with us did pay a fee for luggage on their Airtran flight. I think it depends on who is checking you in. Just tell them when you do your luggage check that you booked on Southwest and see what they say.

Whichever website you booked on. If you booked on SW, I would give the SW number, that should be the number on your confirmation.
