Magic Express -- Same Room / Different Flights

We have never stayed on property before and would like to take advantage of the Magical Express. One person in our group (sharing room) lives in another state so their arrival time is 7 hours after ours on the same day. Would we all be able to use Magical Express? How would this work?

Any insight is appreciated. Thank you.

You can arrive or leave and use DME anytime you like - just make the DME reservations separately based on each persons arrival dates and times. No worries!

We have had people arrive a day later, leave a day early etc.

As long as they are a registered guest at a WDW Resort on the day you want transportation its fine, DME doesn't require you travel as a group.

You can enter flight arrival and departure information on this site:

It permits you to enter the travel information for different groups in your party. I did this in the past and have done it for our November trip. My mom and I are flying together and my daughter is joining us, but flying a later itinerary so she won't miss any classes. You will receive a confirmation e-mail and also the DME booklet with the information.

I've had friends come and go on different days, no problem.
