Magic Express question - split party at 2 resorts

I'm guessing this isn't allowed, but wanted to check and see.

We are coming down in a couple of weeks. My sons (19 & 18) are staying at pop the first 2 nights because they were a late addition to our group and we couldn't get reservations for them those two nights at Saratoga with us. We are all coming in on the same flight. Does anyone know if there's any way I could ride the Pop bus with them to make sure they get checked in instead of the Saratoga bus? They are nervous about checking themselves in, and I'd like to be there to make sure things run smoothly.

You can ask, but it's pretty unlikely.

If they do online check in, they don't even need to check in at the desk. Their room number will be texted to them when it's ready.

Could you converse back and forth via cell phone to kibitz your sons' checking in?

Assuming the boys don't have a package, just add yourself to their reservation for the first night. Then make your ME reservation for POP instead of SS. This would cost you the "additional adult in the room" fee for that night but it's minimal like $10-$15 I believe. Could be an issue having your name on 2 reservations at the same time (especially if you're the lead name on the Saratoga Springs one). Maybe use your middle and last name on the Pop reservation?
