Magic Express on last day of trip

I've got to put down my deposit tomorrow, and I was going to add a day to my Park Hopper pass so we can enjoy the parks one more day and the last flight home.

However, we are using Magic Express, so I don't know if that picks up from the Contemporary and goes to the airport only in the morning, or if it runs at different times during the day.

We will be flying Southwest Airlines, and if the schedules stay the same, the last flight out will be 5 pm. The agent said it would only be about 15 bucks for the two of us to add a day (we're Sat to Sat), so it's worth it to us to have a morning at the park.

Magical Express should pick you up at your resort 2 to 3 hours before your flight leaves. You will have time to visit a park before you leave.

Magical Express should pick you up at your resort 2 to 3 hours before your flight leaves.

More accurately, Magical Express picks you up from your resort 3 hours (plus or minus up to 15 minutes) before your scheduled flight time. That's because Magical Express normally picks up from each resort every 30 minutes (if there are guests with DME reservations), and Disney will schedule you for the pickup time that's the closest to being 3 hours before your flight. You'll learn your actual pickup time when you receive an envelope with the details on the day before your departure.

With a 5:00 p.m. flight, the scheduled DME pickup time will be between 1:45 p.m. and 2:15 p.m.

In addition, you should be at the Magical Express pickup location at least 10 to 15 minutes before that pickup time.
