I've booked our trip using Magic Express for next October, and if flights stay the same, we should arrive at the airport around eleven in the morning. Since check in at the hotel isn't until 3 PM or so, I was wondering how we should pack husband's CPAP machine. I've heard that your luggage is delivered to your room by Magic Express, and you are free to go straight to the park. My husband always puts his CPAP machine in a carry on, and I'm sure he'll want to bring it on the bus with him. But he can't carry his carry on luggage, with his CPAP machine, with him at the park all day until we get to the room.

How do we handle this?

I would after you check in to the resort, check the bag in with bell services. They will keep it for him until you either call and ask for it to be delivered or just stop and pick it up.

So, we can bring a carry on onto Magic Express, much like you do on a plane, and leave it with the bell hop?

I need to find out more about this Magic Express.

Is there a link anyone can provide me?

We have the Deluxe Meal Plan and don't plan to leave the site at all, so would rather not rent a car.

Thanks for any help!

DH brings his cpap all the time. You just bring your carry ons on the bus and check them at bell services. You can even bring your checked luggage and they will put it under the bus and you just check them also. We've done it several times and have had no problem.

You might get your room right away or it might not be ready until later, sometimes not until check-in time (the latest time a room should be ready by), but they'll let you know when you check in when you arrive if your room is ready yet or not. If it is ready, you can drop your carry-on bags off in your room before heading to the parks. Otherwise, you can drop your carry-ons with the bell hops, like another poster mentioned.

Definitely do NOT put the CPAP in checked baggage!!!

Remember, if the CPAP and its supplies are in their own bag, that bag does not count towards your hubby's carry-on bag limit because it is a medical bag.
