Thank you everyone for the hugs and support. I really needed them.
) I have found that eating something (yogurt, nuts, cottage cheese, string cheese, ff pudding, fruit, veggies, ect) every two hours keeps me on target and stops the cravings. Maybe you can try that for a couple days. I have to stay away from the carbs becasue they make me have craving and I crash after an hour or so. I do love them, but they do not love me.

Also please remember all of the healthy changes you have made an how much better you body is starting to feel.michelle9343 said:Well a little good news here I finally went on the scale and I am down a total of 11 pounds.
