Magic - Deck 7 Forward

We're taking our first cruise and will be staying on Deck 7 in room #7004. This is quite a distance from the laundry room so there should be no trouble there. Anyone have good or bad comments about this location? I've heard that there is a deck off the front on Deck 7... is that true? If so, how easy is it to find?

The location should be fine. Nice dead-end hallway. Very quiet. But no, the Deck 7 deck is at the fantail (the butt end of the boat).

That's good actually... that way there aren't a bunch of people walking in front of our room on their way to the deck.
