Cold here today in Central Florida! It might have gotten as low as 40 F. Brrrr.... But those pictures of snow - wow! Remind me of my days growing up in Upstate NY.

We are a party of 7. Do you think we will have our own table, or will they put someone else with us? We are 2nd seating.

Liz - I can't say for sure, but I would think with a party of 7 you would have a table of your own. Sometimes it just depends on the size of the other parties and what tables they have.

Kimberly, I've certainly had nights like that! I think there are no limits to the bags you check for the boat, just need to get more tags from the porters.

Good luck packing! You are ahead of me, for sure!

Ugh! Those nights seem to happen more often than I like! Good news is I finally fell back to sleep around 4 and got to sleep until 7 am. Still not the same as a full night of uninterrrupted sleep, but I'll take it!

Thank you for the info about the bags. I was a little panicked about that. Now I can take a d-e-e-p breath and relax!

It does not look like we are going to be seeing the shuttle launch on December 17th. While we have seen it from South Florida, it would have been pretty awesome to watch it directly from Cape Canaveral.

Lyrah - Safe travels!! We will be at the MMVMCP on the 16th as well. Looking forward to it.

Happy Friday!!! We will be finishing up the FE gifts this weekend and getting them shipped out. I think I am going to actually start packing so it is taken care of. I think I will also get the other Christmas details finished up as well.

What is the deadline for shipping a box to the ship?

If I remember right it has to be at the warehouse by Wednesday prior to sailing. I am thinking I will be good if I mail it priority mail on Monday. My other thought was to mail it to AKL since we will be there prior to the cruise. I will see how much I can get in the box.

LOL, I've been going between them and ebags. Thinking of a small cross-body for DD. Will probably use my old Sherpani cross body (which I love) for me, but ebags has their updated version on sale. Do I need? Of course not! I like the Vera with the flap that buckles, but the reviews say it doesn't work great as a cross body. Shoot b/c I would love that one!

What are you trying to decide between?

Caret Island does look lovely. I think it would have been our choice if DD6 would have been a little older. Doing beach at St. Thomas and of course Castaway Cay will be a good initiation for her

At Vera B. I ended up getting an ID holder, lanyard, and a tech holder that can hold my camera and clip to the lanyard if needed - all Blue Rhapsody and all on sale

There is liquid in my FE baggies, so I will not be mailing them ahead. Was a good thought though. Easier to bring along.
