I wish there was a way to find out for sure if we've got the steamer trunks in our rooms. If not, it's going to be difficult storing clothing for 11 nights!

For the people that are wondering about what a steamer trunk is and a PARTIAL listing of rooms that have had them, refer to this thread.
http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2498298
The spreadsheet on the first page of the thread above includes updates to midway through page 8 of that thread. I have read other posts where Disney says that if the Deck Plan shows a bump out in it, it will have a steamer trunk. If it is smooth, it won't have a steamer trunk. The small sample that I have checked does follow the bump out guideline, but I believe that I have read a post of someone that had a bump out, but no steamer trunk before.
Obviously, the only way to know for sure is to board on December 18th.

I guess it's taking me a while to figure this out....so when I checked on the website it said category 12 and the room numbers 2583 and 2585 so I figure they were cat 12 connecting. Then I started reading the passporter and it said all the cat 12's were deck 2 forward. but we are deck 2 midship. when I looked again I saw a little black circle with the number 10 in it for both are rooms....so I think we were upgraded to Cat 10 connecting rooms...
gty12 and received at cat12. But I'm happy we are on the ship and on deck 5.![]()
