magic bands ???

We are visiting home in August for our first DVC stay at VGF...we have already booked our stay. However I have not been given the option on MDE to try and customize magic bands. It is my understanding that we would get these because they are used for everything or will we only get them when we apply park tickets(which we haven't done yet)?

We are going in September and customized our magic bands right away. We also do not have park tickets. This is a non park visit except for maybe MNSSHP. Did you add your reservation number to MDE.

Thanks I haven't added it but I'll try it and see what happens. Can I do it from my iPad or does it need to be done on the computer?

Does your stay show up in MDE? You have to link your room reservation before you can customize your Magic Bands.

If there are people on the reservation that have their own MDE account, make sure you connect with them BEFORE linking the room reservation.

You can link the reservation using either the MDE app or MDE website on your iPad. Once linked, there will be a link to customize the MagicBands in the MDE app, but it will open the MDE website using Safari.
