Magic bands, UT tickets and cancelling trip Please help!!

I apologize if this has been covered somewhere but I did a search and could not find an answer. We may need to cancel our trip but have already booked FP+ on MDE with tickets purchased from UT. My question is what happens to our UT park tickets if we do have to cancel our trip.

what happens to our UT park tickets if we do have to cancel our trip.

Nothing will happen to or with the tickets.

They will stay "fresh" and ready to use (and/or upgrade) when you finally decide to
make a new trip to WDW.
