Magic Bands Not Showing

I just booked a trip for September and went to go customize my magic bands and am not seeing the option in my account. I'm also not seeing one of my last magic bands listed in my account. Has anyone else had this issue?

You will get an email when it's time to customize your MB. I've never actually looked before that so I'm not sure when they show up. If you used the other MB in the past and didn't deactivate it, it should be showing up.

I had something similar happen, one day all my family's bands disappeared from my account. I called the Internet help desk & they fixed it pretty quickly

Yeah normally the link shows up as soon as the reservation is in the account. Not so much this time. Didn't think anything had changed since April lol
