Magic Bands Linking?

If someone else purchases park tickets (4 of them), can I link those magic bands to my personal MDE account and then add on days at that point? Or does it stay linked to the person who purchased them?

We are headed down a few days earlier than the family and I want to be able to add those extra days onto the already purchased tickets. I also want it to be able to open our room during those first few days as well.

I'm a bit confused- Are you wanting to link their tickets to your account, or their bands?

In your MDE account, your MagicBands will be linked to each specific person on the room reservation. The MagicBands provide the access to your room.

Tickets that are purchased separately can be linked to anyone in your MDE account. If they are not linked to the correct people, each ticket can be reassigned to whichever person you choose.
It's less expensive to add on days to existing tickets rather than purchase another set of tickets separately.

Nothing is "on" your MagicBands. All data is linked to your MDE account and your MagicBands provide the link to the data.

They are buying our tickets as a gift, but since we are going down earlier than they are, I wanted to add on a few extra days. As long as the tickets haven't already been linked to another account, you can link them to yours.
