Magic bands haven't shioped yet

we are doing a split stay. Personalized both sets of bands. The 2nd set shipped but our arrival resort bands still show being personalized. Who do I call to make sure they get shipped? They should have shipped before he 2nd resort

I'll just say that if you only end up getting one set, you can use them for the entire trip.

Also, you didn't give the dates of your trip.
How long before you arrive for the first stay?

you only need one set. If you are nervous, wear the set you have when you check in and have the CM confirm that they are coded to open your door. They most likely are, but if they aren't they can do it for you there. I have so many MB and they all work.

Thanks. Arrive April 2. I know about using the one set wasn't worried about that. Actually have 5 sets at home already. Was more concerned because dd's will want the "colors" from that order. Lol

We arrive April 2nd also, and mine still show as being personalized and not shipped yet.
